Mk1 Golf/Rabbit, 16v swapped with carbs, with a completely shaved bay.... Wait a second while I clean up this drool :D I wish my Mk2 was nearly this clean.

Mine is missing the top half and the transmission, battery and several pulleys and is not that empty. Where is the alternator? on a CV joint on the rear wheel?
Dang. I need to just unbolt everything out of there and start over. Might as well, it's toast. Anything I put short of another CIS system is gonna take rewiring. Again. Squirrels ate the wiring last time..
